Changelog

What’s new, and what’s next.

Every release, in plain words. One person builds Check Yeah, so this is also where you can see it’s alive and being worked on.

  1. · version 1.1.0

One-offs: catch the thought before it evaporates

    • One-offs. “Call the vet on Friday.” Say it or type it and it lands on the right day, then disappears when you check it. Unchecked ones quietly carry to the next day, no red, no overdue count. Long-press one to turn it into a habit. Unlimited on every plan.
    • Capture without opening the app: “Hey Siri, jot in Check Yeah” on iPhone, a Jot it down button on the widget, Share from any app, and a Quick Settings tile on Android.
    • Reminders clear themselves once you check the habit off.
    • Up next on the Habits tab shows everything you've jotted for later.
    • Forgot-password link, plus Change password in Settings.
    • Settings → Capture from anywhere lists every shortcut in one place.
    • Widgets list habits in the order you'd do them, the Android widget scrolls and resizes, and iOS gets a large widget that fits eight.
  2. · version 1.0.1

    Smaller Android app, small fixes

    • A leaner Android build.
    • Fixed a stray back-button label on the Edit habit screen.
  3. · version 1.0.0

Launch on the App Store and Google Play

    • Habits with rest days instead of streak resets. No red X, no “failed” day, ever.
    • Home-screen and lock-screen widgets. Tap a habit on the widget to check it off.
    • Reminders tied to routines (after coffee, when I get home) instead of a clock. Home location stays on your phone.
    • Brain-state tagging: energy, focus, and meds in one tap, with a chart of which days work for you.
    • Initiation timer, low-stimulation mode, AI micro-stepping for stuck tasks (Premium).
    • Sign in with Apple and Google. Web, iPhone, and Android on one account.

Next up

No dates. ADHD and deadlines, you know how it goes. But this is the order.

  • Export your data from Settings (habits, check-ins, brain-state logs) without emailing support.
  • “Hey Google” capture on Android once Google opens its voice-actions program to small developers.
  • More rest-day flexibility on the free plan is under consideration; tell me what would help.
