The ground rules, minus the legalese fog.

1. The deal

Check Yeah is a habit-tracking app for web, iOS, and Android, made by Leucocholy Media, LLC (“we”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Check Yeah — no hard feelings.

2. Your account

You need an account to use Check Yeah. Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app.

3. Free plan and Premium

• The free plan includes a limited number of active habits and features, which we may adjust over time.
• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99 / month or $39.99 / year) purchased through the App Store, Google Play, or our payment provider. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel any time in your store account settings (or where you purchased). Cancellation stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current period.
• Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Prices may change; we'll notify you before a change affects an active subscription.

4. Not medical advice

Check Yeah is a productivity and habit tool, including features that mention energy, focus, or medication logging, and AI-generated suggestions for breaking down tasks. None of it is medical, psychological, or professional advice, and it isn't a treatment for ADHD or any condition. Talk to a qualified professional about health decisions.

5. AI features

Premium includes AI-generated micro-steps. AI output can be imperfect or occasionally odd. Use your judgment; you're responsible for what you do with suggestions the app generates.

6. Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell it, no using it for anything unlawful, and no trying to access other people's data. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your data

Your habits and check-ins are yours. How we handle data is covered in our privacy policy. Short version: no ads, never sold. You can delete your account and data any time from Settings.

8. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Check Yeah up and improving, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. The app is provided “as is” without warranties, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll post them here and update the date above. Continuing to use Check Yeah after a change means you accept it.
